As part of Cal Poly Pomona Enterprises' ongoing efforts to ensure that our Dining Services venues are exceeding your expectations, we are conducting a customer satisfaction survey.
ALL RESPONSES ARE CONFIDENTIAL. This login code is only used to let Cal Poly Pomona Enterprises know who has participated so that an incentive may be provided. If you decide to participate in our Contest you will need to provide us with your email so that we may contact you.
